Iran’s Women Win Gold at ISSF World Cup
TEHRAN – Iran have won a gold medal in the women’s 10m air rifle of the International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF) World Cup.
Najmeh Khedmati, Armina Sadeghian and Fatemeh Karamzadeh defeated Russia 16-2 in the final match.
Hungary beat Austria 16-10 in the bronze-medal match.
On Thursday, Iranian shooter Javad Foroughi had won a gold medal in the men’s 10m air pistol.
More than 600 athletes from 61 countries have participated in the competition in Osjek, Croatia.
