Iran Produces 76mn Liters of Gasoline
TEHRAN - Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said on Wednesday that the country has gained self-sufficiency in the production of gasoline with the daily production of 76mn liters.
“Once we had to produce or import unhealthy gasoline, but today we have grown to such levels that we are self-sufficient in gasoline production and are even an exporter, supplying 76 million liters of Euro 4 gasoline a day,” President Rouhani said, addressing a cabinet meeting in Tehran.
Elsewhere, he referred to the economic sanctions and economic terrorism launched against the country by the U.S. for the past three and a half years, saying that people need to be briefed about the damage directly and indirectly inflicted by the U.S. sanctions on Iran so far.
