Iran Can Turn Into Exporter of Knowledge-Based Products
TEHRAN (Dispatches) - Chairman of the Iran Confederation of Knowledge-Based Associations Afshin Kolahi has said that the country enjoys an appropriate infrastructure to become an exporter in the field of knowledge-based products and services whenever the sanctions are lifted and foreign investments are pouring into the country.
Kolahi added Iran Chamber of Commerce plans to encourage all Iranian companies to export their knowledge-based products so as the country’s export in this field reaches four billion dollars.
The Iranian authorities and companies have held several meetings with international firms and certain trade delegations have visited the country in order to get acquainted with Iran’s export capabilities in this regard, Kolahi noted.
Given the official and unofficial statistics, Iran’s exported knowledge-based products and services valued at one billion dollars last year, he added.
