TEHRAN (IFILM) -- The Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO) has released the winners’ list for its creativity awards with Iranian filmmaker Mohammad Ehsani grabbing the first prize.
The first prize of the short film section of the event was bestowed upon Ehsani for his film ‘The Sound of Wind’.
The awards include the ICESCO Short Film Award, Short Stories Award, Drawing and Music Award.
The ICESCO is an international non-profit organization promoting artistic creativity and intellectual productivity among youth and students during the lockdown period.
The announcement of the awards’ winners comes as part of the celebration of the International Day of Islamic Art over the period from 18 through 25 November 2020.
