TEHRAN (Tasnim) – In a message for his Lebanese counterpart, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani on Tuesday congratulated the Arab country on the anniversary of liberation of its southern regions from Israeli occupation back in 2000, describing resistance as the only way to ward off Zionist aggression.
In the message to Michel Aoun, Rouhani congratulated the government and nation of Lebanon on the anniversary of the “victorious and glorious” success for the resistance and freedom that was achieved after the Lebanese people’s devotion in the battle against the Zionist aggressors.
