Immortal Saga of the Liberation of Khorramshahr

Salaam dear young friends, hope you are all well by the Grace of Almighty Lord.
As you all know, Monday we celebrated the occasion of the National Day of Resistance, as the 3rd of Khordad or the May 24 which is marked every year in the Islamic Republic of Iran with rejoicing and thanksgiving, since it is the anniversary of the memorable liberation of the once-thriving port city of Khorramshahr from Ba’thist occupation.
It is indeed a Red Letter Day for Iran, which proved to the world that what makes a nation triumphant is faith in God, devotion to Prophet Muhammad (SAWA) and the Infallible Imams of his Blessed Household, determination to continue the fight in the face of heavy odds, confidence in its capabilities, and trust in the Leadership of the Righteous.
That is why the Father of the Islamic Revolution, Imam Khomeini (RA) expressed those famous words this day in 1982 “God liberated Khorramshahr” when informed of the humiliating retreat of the Ba’thist war machine across the Arvandroud despite receiving weaponry worth a hundred billion dollars from Persian Gulf Arab states in addition to military support from both the Capitalist West and the Communist East.
This year we marked the 39th anniversary of the liberation of Khorramshahr when Islamic Iran is being called a destabilizing force and supporter of terrorism by the US, Saudi Arabia, and the illegal Zionist entity – the same unholy triangle that has been terrorizing the region for the past several decades – there are important lessons to be learnt for the heroic people of Iran, who should never fear war, if they want to preserve their independence and the dignity of their household, by defeating the plots of their dastardly enemies.
We all profoundly recall that the Sage of the Age, Imam Khomeini, who had called the 8-year war imposed by the US through Saddam, as a blessing-in-disguise for the Iranian nation, made it clear to the compromisers scheming to end the war without withdrawal of enemy forces from Iranian soil: “An imposed peace is worse than an imposed war.”
Thus, dear young friends, the Saga of Khorramshahr continues to inspire our committed personnel to this day, irrespective of the threats of Biden, Salman, and Netanyahu, or their supposedly frightening arsenals, which are nothing compared to our faith and dedication.
Well friends, tomorrow is the anniversary of the famous Battle of Ohad, in which Hazrat Hamza (AS), the brave uncle of Prophet Muhammad (SAWA), was martyred as a result of treachery, although the catastrophe for Muslims was avoided by the valour of Imam Ali (AS), who made the Arab pagans retreat.
Alas, the beautiful mausoleum that had stood for over a million over the grave of Hazrat Hamza (AS) today lies in ruins because of the blasphemy of the Wahhabis, who for the past 90 years have occupied Hijaz, just like the occupation of Palestine by their cousins, the Zionists.
May God damn both of them, and hasten the reappearance of Imam Mahdi to establish the global government of peace, prosperity and justice. Amen
Goodbye till we meet again next week.
