TEHRAN (Tasnim) – The representative of Iran to the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons was reelected as one of the vice-chairs of the Executive Council of the OPCW for the third consecutive year.
During the 65th extraordinary meeting of the Executive Council of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons in The Hague, Alireza Kazemi Abadi was reelected as the vice-chair of the OPCW Executive Council from the Asia regional group. The meeting was held on the sidelines of the 25th annual Conference of The State Parties.
