Pakistan Under Pressure to Recognize Zionist Regime: PM

ISLAMABAD (Dispatches) – Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan has revealed that his country is under pressure from other countries to recognize the Zionist regime.
In statements, Khan announced: "We have been under pressure from friendly countries to recognize Israel, however, we will not do so without a fair settlement to the Palestinians.”
He pointed out that there are matters related to the countries that recognize the Zionist regime, which he would not address "due to brotherly ties that we do not want to damage.” It is likely that the Pakistani official was referring to Saudi Arabia.
Khan is considered to be one of the most prominent supporters of the Palestinian cause and has stated in previous interviews that Pakistan will never recognize the occupying regime of Israel.
The Pakistani PM considers the Palestinian cause: "As a will of the great leader Muhammad Ali Jinnah whose soul flies with the soul of scholar Muhammad Iqbal, may Allah have mercy on them.”
Meanwhile, Niger is reportedly in secret discussions with the Zionist regime about normalizing their relations, months after the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Bahrain and Sudan signed agreements to establish full diplomatic ties with the Tel Aviv regime.
According to a report published by the Israeli Hebrew-language Yedioth Ahronoth daily newspaper, speculations are rife in the occupying regime’s ministry of foreign affairs that Niger – the largest Muslim country in West Africa – is likely the next Arab country to normalize ties with the regime.
The news comes in light of Israeli media reports in recent weeks that Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman is encouraging Niger’s officials to take the measure.
The Yedioth Ahronoth noted that the Israeli ministry of intelligence believed there would be a breakthrough in secret communications to conclude the normalization agreement between the Zionist regime and Niger if former interior minister and president of the Nigerien Party for Democracy and Socialism (PNDS-Tarayya) Mohamed Bazoum won the December 27 presidential election.
