Short Film 'Revolt' Awarded in France
TEHRAN (IFILM)-Iran short film "Revolt" by Kourosh Asgari has won an award at 2018 Signes de Nuit Filmfest in France.
The film which has received the top award from the festival has already experienced winning in another film event in Finland.
"Revolt" narrates the story of a woman who must deal with her household problems. Upon working on a boat some unexpected events and new encounters make her rethink her married life and make some new decisions.
The short flick will be also screening at the non-competition section of Exground Film Festival in Germany.
Launched in 2003, Signes de Nuit is an international film event which hosts documentary, fiction, experimental and short films.
The latest edition of the festival was held October 4-14, 2018 in Paris.
