Gaza, the Unending Genocide

Today, on the third anniversary of the historic ‘Operation al-Aqsa Storm’, which the Palestinians of Gaza heroically staged in 2023 by breaking the barricades of the long-besieged enclave to catch their Israeli tormentors off guard, the situation of the Zionist-occupied land has worsened, mainly because of the betrayal by certain Arab regimes.
The Free World had hailed the strategy of “Hamas” and “Islamic Jihad” to turn the tables upon Israel, raising hopes of liberation at last – at least of the occupied Islamic holy city of Bayt al-Moqaddas that houses the sacred al-Aqsa Mosque.
Unfortunately, lack of coordination with other members of the Axis of Resistance by the revolutionaries of Gaza, coupled with the lack of faith by the Arab regimes in Islam and in their own salvation, enabled the illegal Zionist entity, to invade – after much hesitancy – the sliver on the Mediterranean whose defenceless people felt abandoned.
Egypt, the most militarily powerful Arab state that shares borders with Gaza closed vital passages for supplies, let alone provide even rudimentary weapons to the Palestinian combatants.
Saudi Arabia, the wealthiest Arab state, turned a blind eye, when even a few million dollars of its vast oil riches, could have helped Hamas mobilize resistance resources.
Even Bashar al-Asad, whose surname means lion in Arabic, turned out to be jackal by refusing to open a much-needed front in the Golan Heights, at a time when the popular Ansarullah Movement of Yemen and Lebanon’s legendry anti-terrorist movement, the Hezbollah had joined the fray to put pressure on the Zionist entity.
As for the UAE and Bahrain, their disloyal rulers openly sided with Israel and betrayed the Palestinian cause by passing vital information regarding the revolutionaries of Gaza.
The result was catastrophic. With the UN looking the other way and refusing to denounce the highhandedness of the Zionists, the US pumped money and armaments into Israel to help child-killer Benjamin Netanyahu commit one of the worst genocides in modern history.
Today, Gaza is in shambles. Its million-plus people, both Muslims and Christians, homeless and without proper food, medicine and other amenities.
The Israeli army has tightened the blockade of Gaza by “completing” a wide trench and earthen embankment across the Strip, while bombing of the destitute and defenceless continues to take its toll.
Although Hamas still rules Gaza three years after October 7 and the destruction wrought by the cowardly enemy, some 64 percent of Gaza is under Israeli occupation.
There is no question of ceasefire, since this word does not hold any meaning for either Israel or the US, who want their opponents to be disarmed sitting ducks for easy massacre.
According to reports, over 74,000 Palestinians have been killed over the past three years and 175,000, with about 90 percent of Gaza’s infrastructure destroyed, there is no sign on the horizon for the end of the catastrophe.
Is not this a blot for humanity? Is not this a matter of shame for the UN? Is not this an unpardonable crime for the Arab regimes backstabbing the Palestinians, killing the Yemenis, and conspiring against the Islamic Republic by allowing the US to use their territories for imposing wars upon Iran?
Of course, it is. The only solution is the erasing of Israel from the regional map, and this requires driving out the CENTCOM terrorists from West Asia, in view of the fact, as the dastardly dotard Donald Trump recently admitted: Without me, Israel would have ceased to exist.
