Turkish Charity Director Killed in Israeli Strike in Central Gaza
GAZA (Dispatches) – An Israeli drone strike killed Palestinian aid worker Saqr al-Qaisi, director of the Turkish relief organization Deniz Feneri, as he travelled between displacement camps delivering hot meals in Deir al-Balah on Sunday.
Nine others were wounded. Gaza’s Health Ministry said nine Palestinians were killed and 18 injured in the past 24 hours, bringing the toll since the ceasefire to 1,454 dead and 5,090 wounded.
