TEHRAN - More than 1,500 foreign traders are expected to attend the eighth Iran Expo, as organizers seek to expand commercial ties and connect Iranian exporters with target markets.
Ali Tolouei, executive director of the exhibition, said on Saturday that the event will be held from November 27 to December 1, 2026, across all halls of the Tehran International Exhibition Center.
He said exporters across sectors will participate, with coordination established with specialized associations, the Iran Chamber of Commerce, Tehran Chamber of Commerce, and provincial export bodies to identify target markets and invite relevant economic players.
Tolouei added that arrangements have also been made with major economic groupings, including the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), BRICS, and the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).
A new B2B Management System is another key feature of this edition. Scheduled to be unveiled in September, the platform will organize business meetings between Iranian companies and foreign traders according to product categories, business fields and target markets.
Major exhibition sectors will include oil and petrochemicals, construction, medical products, cosmetics, textiles, industrial equipment, automobiles and spare parts, and food.
Organizers have also coordinated hotels, foreign affairs services, interpreters and protocol arrangements for international guests.
