TEHRAN - The Iranian under 20 football team won in the first match of the AFC U-20 Cup qualifiers against Palestine.
 The Iranian youth football team played its first match against Palestine in the AFC U-20 Cup qualifiers on Monday and the Persians cruised past Palestine in a 2-1 victory.
For Qasem Haddadifar’s team, Mehdi Cheshmbarah (50) and Erfan Khodadadian (70) scored for Iran and Abu Shaker (89) scored for the Palestinian youth.
The youth football team is competing in Group C of the AFC U-20 Cup qualifiers with Vietnam, Palestine and North Korea.
