TEHRAN – The Islamic Revolution Guards Corps announced on Monday the launch of an 11th and 12th waves of missile and drone strikes as part of its “True Promise 4” operation, targeting American and Israeli military assets across the region, as the war sparked by the U.S. and Israel expanded into its third day.
The IRGC said in a statement that the latest wave involved missiles fired toward Beersheba in southern Israeli occupied territories, targeting information centers and military supply warehouses of the United States as well as a communications complex belonging to the Israeli military. 
“Iran’s attacks in recent days are completely unprecedented, even very different from the 12-day war. The region’s sky is practically open for Iranian missiles and drones, and wherever Iran has decided, it has destroyed,” the Tasnim news agency’s war interpretation group reported, citing the use of different missiles with enhanced explosive power. 
Military analysts quoted by Iranian media said the explosive material in Iranian warheads has been upgraded, with a 500-kilogram warhead now equivalent to previous one-tonne versions.
The 10th wave of strikes on Monday targeted the Israeli prime minister’s office and the headquarters of the Israeli air force commander with Khyber missiles, leaving the fate of the prime minister shrouded in ambiguity, according to earlier IRGC statements. 
Brigadier General Ebrahim Zolfaghari, spokesman for the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, warned residents of occupied territories to stay away from military, security and regime centers and immediately leave the occupied territories.
“The alarm sirens in Israel will never stop,” he said in a video message, as Iranian forces continued their barrage against American and Israeli positions across the region.
In a significant military development, Iran’s air defense forces shot down a U.S. F-15 fighter jet attempting to violate Iranian airspace, the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters announced. 
The wreckage fell inside Kuwait due to its proximity to the border, marking the first time in 27 years that a U.S. manned fighter jet has been destroyed in combat since an F-117 was shot down over Kosovo in 1999. 
The Kuwaiti Defense Ministry later confirmed the crash of several American warplanes, stating that pilots had been rescued and investigations were underway. 
Social media footage showed parachutes descending after what appeared to be ejections, and the IRGC later announced that the number of downed American fighter jets had reached three, all shot down by domestically manufactured Iranian air defense systems.
The U.S. Central Command confirmed that four American 
soldiers had been killed during military aggressions against Iran and in retaliatory actions by Tehran as of Monday morning. 
The fourth soldier died from wounds sustained in the initial Iranian attacks in Kuwait that previously killed three others, a U.S. official told CNN. 
Iranian forces have struck 60 strategic targets and 500 military points belonging to the United States and Israel since the war began, launching over 700 drones and hundreds of missiles in just the past 48 hours, according to IRGC statements.
In occupied territories, the Abu Kabir forensic medical center confirmed that nine Zionists were killed and approximately 65 wounded in Iranian missile strikes on Beit Shemesh, west of occupied Al-Quds. 
The center described the attack as the most complex and catastrophic faced since the war began, with first responders reporting horrific scenes at the impact site. 
Israeli Army Radio reported that 19 people were wounded by an Iranian missile strike on Beersheba, with 18 in serious condition, though field sources suggested the actual number of wounded was significantly higher.
The IRGC reported multiple successful strikes on American naval assets throughout the region, stating that the USS Abraham Lincoln aircraft carrier was struck with four cruise missiles, after which it fled toward the southeast Indian Ocean. 
The U.S. naval base in Salman, Bahrain, was hit by four drones, causing severe damage to command and support centers, while three oil tankers belonging to the United States and Britain in the Persian Gulf and Strait of Hormuz were struck and set on fire. 
The U.S. Ali Al Salem air base in Kuwait and American naval vessels in the northern Indian Ocean were targeted with 15 cruise missiles by Iranian army units, according to official statements.
The escalation has triggered broader regional disruption, with Dubai International Airport, one of the world’s busiest. Both Dubai and Al Maktoum airports suspended operations, forcing airlines to cancel or reroute hundreds of flights and dealing a potential blow to the emirate’s economy.
 Dubai International handled nearly 90 million passengers in 2023 and 2024 and more than 23 million in the first quarter of 2025, approximately 260,000 people daily. Industry estimates suggest unplanned closure could cost around $1 million per minute in lost revenue across airlines, cargo operations, tourism and local businesses.
In Cyprus, all British military bases were evacuated following drone attacks on the RAF Akrotiri base, which the UK Ministry of Defense confirmed. Sirens sounded at the U.S. Embassy in Nicosia as precautionary measures were implemented. 
An oil refinery belonging to Saudi Aramco in Ras Tanura was shut down after being struck by a drone, a source told Reuters, while the U.S. Embassy in Kuwait advised citizens to avoid visiting the premises due to wartime risks.
A political source told Tasnim that oil facilities of regional country are not among Iran’s targets, stating that all American and Israeli interests anywhere in the region are legitimate targets for Iran and will be hit. 
A military source told Tasnim that the attack on Saudi Aramco oil facilities was carried out by Israel as a “false flag” operation, denying Iranian involvement and saying the Israeli military of seeking to divert regional attention from its strikes on civilian targets in Iran.
The Iranian source emphasized that while Tehran has repeatedly declared it would target all American and Israeli interests and facilities in the region, and has already struck many of them, the Aramco facilities have not been among Iran’s targets.
According to the intelligence data cited by the source, the Fujairah port in the United Arab Emirates is also intended by Israel to be among its next targets in further false flag operations. The source said the Israeli regime plans to attack the port and blame it on Iran or its allies.
The source emphasized that Iranian military action would continue until the complete defeat of enemy forces.
