Iraq PM Highlights Importance of Iran Ties
TEHRAN/ BAGHDAD – Iraq’s Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani said on Tuesday that Iran is an important and influential neighbor that should be engaged through direct dialogue.
“Iran is an influential country, and cooperation with it should take place through direct discussions,” Sudani said in remarks carried by Baghdad Al-Youm.
