Israel & US Trash Toothless Doha Declaration

It seems the only positive outcome of the one-day Doha Summit was Iran’s presence at the president’s level that yet again demonstrated Tehran’s selfless and sincere efforts for regional and Islamic solidarity with emphasis on the existential threat to the Arab states of West Asia posed by the illegitimate Zionist entity.
There were, however, few takers to the just and principled stance of the Islamic Republic on the realities of the region and the dangers facing the Muslim world, due to the timid nature of governments for concrete action against the archenemy, mainly because of their unexplained awe of the US – godfather of all terrorism and Israel’s accomplice in crimes against humanity.
The result was a toothless communique or declaration approved by participants of the 50-plus countries who did not even agree to close their airspace to Israeli flights or sever relations with it.
To the shock of Muslims throughout the world, they even endorsed the illogical two-nation solution that virtually legitimizes the usurpation of Palestine by the non-Semitic illegal Zionist migrants of Eastern Europe.
Iran rightfully distanced itself from these points of the 25-clause declaration by stressing that the “only genuine and sustainable solution is the creation of a single democratic state, established through a referendum with the participation of all Palestinians, both inside and outside the occupied territories, representing the entire Palestinian people.”
Tehran also questioned the wordings of the Doha Declaration that called on the US to make ‘peace’ efforts and use its influence to prevent Israel from attacking any country, by pointing out that it is the US which in practice has perpetuated and supported the acts of aggression of the Zionist entity against the Palestinian people – and also the attack on Qatar as well as the 12-day war against Iran last June.
In view of this reality, the Islamic Republic of Iran believes that the US cannot be regarded as a credible or impartial party in advancing a just and sustainable peace in this conflict.
Israel quickly seized the opportunity to trash the Doha communique and worsen the genocide by starting its land invasion for complete occupation of Gaza City, already devastated and depopulated by almost two years of bombing.
At the same time it launched more aerial attacks on Yemen, especially on the Red Sea port city of Hodeida, while continuing its violations of Syria and Lebanon.
The US for its part showed its disrespect for Doha and other Persian Gulf Arab states, with its Secretary of State, Marco Rubio saying that Washington till soon force a ‘defence’ deal upon Qatar – as if the current one that abated the recent Israeli attack was not enough.
All this means the Arab states have renewed the mandate to the US to continue with its deceptions against them, and a free hand to the Zionist entity to attack them at will in pursuit of the satanic project to establish ‘Greater Israel’.
