RAMALLAH (Dispatches) -- Israeli settlers have established a new illegal outpost near Kisan village, east of Bethlehem in the occupied West Bank, local sources told Wafa news agency. 
Ahmed Ghazal, Fatah secretary in Kisan, reported that settlers set up tents on the remains of homes belonging to 15 forcibly displaced Palestinian families. Two weeks earlier, settlers confiscated aluminum sheets used for roofing and solar panels and burned the belongings of these displaced families.
