Ghased Rocket Soars in Suborbital Test
TEHRAN -- Iran conducted a suborbital test flight of its Ghased satellite-carrying rocket on Monday, marking the first such launch since the June ceasefire that ended a 12-day U.S. and Israeli aggression.
The test aimed to assess emerging technologies in Iran’s space industry. The Ghased rocket, a hybrid solid-liquid fuel vehicle, was first introduced in 2020 by the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC).
