Cologne ‘Visions of Iran’ Festival to Screen Short Films
TEHRAN – The 12th edition of the “Visions of Iran” festival, dedicated to Iranian cinema, will be held in Cologne, Germany, from June 12 to 15.
The festival will screen short films by Iranian filmmakers. The movies, listed in alphabetical order, are:
A Happy Ending for Mrs. A. directed by Aida Rezaei, Almost Intangible by Taraneh Esmaeilian, And Next Year, When Spring by Saied Asadi and Mehdi Boroumand, Emergency by Maryam Esmikhani, Peek by Sina Ghasemi, The Address by Raha Rahbari and Years Unveiled by Farzaneh Omidvarnia)
These seven short fiction, animation, and experimental films were selected by Ghasideh Golmakani and the festival director Amin Farzanehfar. They will be screened at Cinema Filmforum in Cologne.
The section is curated by Ghasideh Golmakani, an independent Iranian director and producer.
