Hajj Spirit Requires Pelting the Real Satans in our Midst

With the main tenets of the annual Hajj Pilgrimage over today (Zilhijja 13), and the pilgrims beginning to leave Mena for Mecca and thence either to their homelands or to Medina – for those who have not yet paid their respects at the holy shrine of Prophet Muhammad (SAWA) – it is time to reflect on the benefits of Islamic unity.
The main thoughts ought to be what we have learned by participating in such a grand spiritual assembly, and what should be our goal in life?
If we have really become cognizant of our Almighty Creator and His favours, then why are we apprehensive about the US at whose altar, many supposedly Muslim regimes bow with humility and allow it to loot from their oil-rich coffers?
So humiliating have some of these regimes become they have established trade and diplomatic ties with their most avowed enemy, the illegal Zionist entity, despite the fact that for the last year-and-a-half Israel has unleashed the worst ever holocaust on the Palestinians of Gaza.
Where is Islamic conscience? Where is the spirit of the Hajj Pilgrimage? Where is that fervour of pelting the symbolic satans at Mena as an essential part of the Hajj rituals, but allowing the Great Satan (US) and its devilish poodle (Israel) to dominate their countries?
The US is the world’s most dangerously nuclear-armed power and yet there is no coordinated move by Muslim and other world countries to force it to dismantle its doomsday arsenal.
Muslim regimes are even silent about the several hundred nuclear warheads possessed by Israel.
No one is holding diplomatic talks on nuclear disarmament but foolishly calling on Iran to make a so-called deal with the US concerning its peaceful nuclear project for which no talks are required between Tehran and Washington.
Iran does not need the American permission for enriching uranium.
We the media personnel do not really know if such fruitless talks are necessary with a satanic regime that does not believe in humanitarian values and does not respect our spiritual values!
All said and done, we the Muslims, whether in Iran or in any part of the world, are in need of the real spirit of the Hajj and Islamic unity, without which it will be an exercise in futility to believe that talks with our sworn enemies will yield any results.
