Iranian Ice Hockey Team Beats Malaysia in World Championship
TEHRAN – Iran beat Malaysia (3–0, 0–1, 2–0) in the 2025 IIHF World Championship Division IV on Monday.
Team Melli, who had lost to Indonesia 2-1 (1–0, 0–1, 1–0) in its first match, is scheduled to meet Uzbekistan on Thursday.
The tournament is being held in Yerevan, Armenia, from April 13 to 19, 2025.
The tournament uses the round-robin format and the team with the highest number of points will be declared champion.
