Trump, The Perpetual Loser

Always the loser, the most idiotic president in US history, has started an unwinnable trade war with China.
Donald Trump levied a 104 per cent tariff on imports from China, on the assumption that Beijing will capitulate, but to his shock, President Xi Jinping retaliated with an 84 per cent tariff on goods from American companies, delivering a severe blow to US economy.
So severe has been the negative impact of Trump’s trade tariffs that his own cabinet members are mocking each other with use of such expletives as “moron”.
The multibillionaire Elon Musk, who is the de facto head of the Department of Government Efficiency, openly spat at Senior Trade Adviser Peter Navarro calling him “dumber than a sack of bricks” for devising Trump’s tariffs on China, the European states and other world countries.
The US economy has suffered greatly from the trade war, with China determined to inflict the most sever blows for disturbing the hitherto smooth flow of trade.
US exports to China include soybeans, crude petroleum, petroleum gas, cars, integrated circuits, special machinery, gas turbines, vaccines, blood products, antisera, toxins and cultures, packaged medicaments, acyclic hydrocarbons, beauty and skincare products, corn, scrap copper, raw cotton, ethylene polymers, and other plastic products.
Most of these data-x-items Beijing can procure from other countries, resulting in huge losses for American companies.
On the other hand, China’s exports to the US include a wide range of consumer and industrial goods, including broadcasting equipment, computers, office machine parts, electric batteries, heaters, toys, video and card games, seats, furniture, party decorations, knit sweaters, plastic products, motor vehicle parts and accessories, clothing, footwear, mattresses, light fixtures, metal mountings, iron housewares, and medical instruments.
On paper, the 104 percent tariffs may stop US importers from direct purchases from China, but the Chinese always have the upper hand as is evident by the export of their products to the American markets through several neighbouring countries, such as Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore, bringing in profits that Trump cannot stop.
In addition, China has imposed sanctions and banned purchases from several US companies for collaborating with Taiwan, thus further harming the American economy.
All this means that Trump is the perpetual loser, not just in the trade war, but also in all fields, including the military where his navy has become a sitting duck for the government of Yemen defending the waters of the Red Sea.
