Viewers encounter Ferdowsi, the great Persian poet and Rostam, the hero of Shahnameh, among others.
A seminal work of Persian literature is the Shahnameh by Ferdowsi, an epic poem that recounts the history of pre-Islamic Persia.
The series combines real-life scenes with computer-generated special effects, creating a visually engaging narrative.
Notably, the series also uses artificial intelligence in some segments, showcasing a modern approach to storytelling while respecting the tradition of Iranian mythology.
The series features a large cast of well-known actors, including Negin Motazedi, Amir Hussein Rostami, Ramin Naser Nasir and Asha Mehrabi.
The cast also includes veteran actors such as Siavash Cheraqipour and Mehdi Soltani Sarvestani.
