TEHRAN -- A senior Iranian diplomat has condemned U.S. and British airstrikes on Sana’a, warning of “dangerous” and “unpredictable” consequences of the aggression. 
“The continuation of adventurous and aggressive attacks by the U.S.-led coalition on Yemen’s soil is aimed at destabilizing the region and undermining the peace and ceasefire process between the groups and countries involved in the Yemeni crisis,” the Foreign Ministry’s Muhammad Alibek said.
“The recurrent military aggression by the United States and Britain against the Yemeni territory is a clear violation of the international law and the UN Charter, and a blatant encroachment on Yemen’s national sovereignty and territorial integrity,” he said.
The official said all conflicts and attacks in the West Asian region are rooted in the Zionist regime’s genocidal policy in Gaza.
