Never before in recent history has the Muslim world become as helpless as it is today with almost all member states either mutely watching the growing crimes of their enemies in Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, and Yemen, or staying content with issuing toothless denunciations that do not prevent holocaust, genocide, invasions, and bombing.

The death toll in Gaza rises in dozens by the day, the southern towns of Lebanon lie destroyed and depopulated, Syria is at the mercy of advancing Zionist war machine targeting military/industrial installations, and Yemen frequently exposed to US-UK air raids to kill people and destroy their dwellings.

At the same time, the devilish US-Israeli duo misses no opportunity to thunder threats against the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Iran and Iraq.

All this violation of international laws and the UN Charter goes on in broad daylight while the so-called big powers remain indifferent to these crimes against humanity.

Most surprising is the lackadaisical attitude of Muslim states who seem to have no qualms in maintaining ‘friendly’ ties with the enemies of their co-religion and faith. 

Even more self-humiliating is the treason of certain supposedly Muslim regimes actively aiding Washington and Tel Aviv in the bloodbath of Muslims.

On Monday, the Zionist entity’s warplanes struck vital facilities and military infrastructure along the country’s western coastline of Syria, including the cities of Tartus and Latakia, where they pounded missile bases and ammunition depots.

The self-styled ‘Islamists’, or more properly macabrely murderous takfiri terrorists, seem to be delighted at the destruction of Syria as is clear from their statements that they have no quarrel with Israel.

Meanwhile, American and British warplanes on Monday continued their unprovoked joint airstrikes on Yemen’s province of Hajjah, bombing the Buhais area in the Midi district.

The US and British military aircraft also targeted a number of locations in the At Tuhayta district of the strategic western province of Hudaydah.

The Islamic Republic of Iran is the lone cry in the wilderness denouncing aggression on the Muslim world and calling for Islamic unity to confront the Israelis and Americans, but the rest of the ‘big’ Muslim states possessing sophisticated military arsenals and ‘large’ armies have not responded to Tehran’s call to defend the honour and dignity of the Ummah.
