FM Araghchi Warns Israel: Don’t Test Iranian Nation’s Resolve

TEHRAN – Iranian Foreign
Minister Abbas Araghchi has advised the Zionist regime not to test the determination of the Iranian nation.
Iran’s government will continue to back the principles and causes of Palestine, said Araghchi on Tuesday, speaking at a meeting on Operation Al-Aqsa Storm in Tehran.
Iran’s “Operation True Promise” and “Operation True Promise 2” demonstrated that any aggressive action will be met with Iran’s decisive response, he added.
Certainly, the operation taught the Zionist regime a lesson, the top diplomat noted.
He went on to say that the achievements of Operation Al-Aqsa Storm should not be neglected.
“We advise the Zionist regime not to test Iran’s will,” he said, adding that any attack on Iran will be met with a crushing response.
The Islamic Republic has no doubts or haste in response, he said, warning that any attack on Iran’s infrastructure would be met with a firm response.

Off to Riyadh for Talks on Israeli Crimes
Tuesday evening, Abbas Araghchi embarked on a trip to Riyadh and other regional capitals on.
Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of the conference on the anniversary of the Al-Aqsa Storm operation, Araqchi said he presses on with consultations with foreigners on the regional developments.
Pointing to his diplomatic efforts to end the Gaza war during the recent visit to New York for the UN General Assembly and the subsequent trips to Doha, Beirut and Damascus, Araghchi said he is going to proceed with the visits this evening.
The top Iranian diplomat unveiled plans to visit Saudi Arabia and other regional countries. “We are trying to take measures to stop the Israeli crimes.”
Reaffirming Iran’s policy of supporting the resistance forces and its efforts to condemn and end the Zionist regime’s atrocities, Araghchi reiterated that Iran does not seek war, nor does it fear it.
Asked about the Israeli regime’s rhetoric of military action against Iran, the foreign minister said Tehran is prepared for every scenario and has identified “all necessary targets” in the occupied territories.
“Our policy is to cease clashes and to achieve a ceasefire acceptable to and agreed on by the resistance,” the top diplomat stated.
In Gaza, at least 41,909 Palestinian people have been killed and 97,303 wounded in Israeli attacks since October 2023.
Araghchi left Tehran for Beirut on October 4 as part of a two-day regional tour. He held talks with Lebanese officials before visiting Damascus the following day to meet with Syrian leaders.
