Leader Decorates Gen. Hajizadeh With Fat’h Order

TEHRAN -- Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei here Sunday conferred the Order of Fat’h (Conquest) on Brigadier General Amir-Ali Hajizadeh, the commander of the IRGC’s Aerospace Division.
The order is granted to warriors with dramatic victories. The awarding on Sunday came after Iran’s launch of 180 ballistic missiles at Israeli military and intelligence bases in the Tel Aviv area on Tuesday.
“The awarding of the order is in recognition of the brilliant Operation True Promise,” Iran’s news agencies reported.
The medal consists of the likeness of three palm leaves on top of the grand mosque of Khorramshahr in southwest Iran as a symbol of resistance, the flag of Iran and the word fat’h.
In April, Iran launched hundreds of drones and missiles against Israel, in an unprecedented attack that came as a response to the occupying regime’s raid on the Iranian consulate in Syria.
On Tuesday, the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps launched 180 ballistic missiles at two Israeli airbases housing F-35 and F-15 warplanes as well as the Mossad headquarters in retaliation for the regime’s assassination of Hamas and Hezbollah leaders and a top IRGC commander.
The Zionist regime escalated its military operations on two fronts with heavy bombing raids and mass evacuation orders in southern Lebanon and Gaza on Sunday, as officials issued new threats against Iran before the one-year anniversary of the October invasion the besieged Palestinian enclave.
Prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu visited troops near the Lebanese border on Sunday for the first time and declared that Israel would push ahead with its aggression.
War minister Yoav Gallant vowed that Israel would attack Iran at a time of its choosing.
Commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Navy Rear Admiral Alireza Tangsiri reaffirmed the readiness of Iran’s armed forces to confront any potential threats.
Tangsiri emphasized that Iran has

comprehensive plans to deal with all possible scenarios during an interview with Iran’s Al-Alam network.
The rear admiral condemned Netanyahu’s regime for escalating tensions in the region through acts of aggression and terrorism in Gaza and Lebanon, underscoring Iran’s strategic readiness to respond to any threats.
“Netanyahu is playing with fire and igniting new flames,” Tangsiri said, adding “We are prepared for any situation.”
Deputy chief of the IRGC Brigadier General Ali Fadavi on Saturday issued a direct warning to Israel, saying any misstep by the Israeli entity would jeopardize its very existence.
“If the occupying entity makes an error, we will target all of its energy sources, including power stations, refineries, and gas fields,” Fadavi said in an interview with Al-Mayadeen.
Fadavi said while Iran is a large country with multiple economic centers, Israel relies on just three power stations and a handful of refineries.
An informed source in Iran’s armed forces, cited by Tasnim news agency, said Sunday the country’s response to the Zionist regime’s possible strikes is “fully ready,” and will be “decisively” implemented in case of any aggression.
Iran maintains a “bank of various targets” in the Israeli-occupied territories and its scope of retaliation depends on the nature of the Zionist regime’s action, the source said.
“In Iran’s plan, there are several types of reciprocal and specific strikes, and depending on the type of action the Zionists may take, an immediate decision will be made regarding the implementation of one or more of them.”
The informed source said “Operation True Promise 2 showed that we can raze to the ground any place we intend to.”
Iran’s foreign minister on Saturday warned that Tehran would retaliate if attacked by Israel. “Our reaction to any attack by the Zionist regime is completely clear,” Abbas Araghchi told reporters during a trip to Syria. “For every action, there will be a proportional and similar reaction from Iran, and even stronger.”
