TEHRAN - The Iranian national rowing team has secured the gold medal in the women’s U-23 and youth four-person rowing competitions at the Asian Rowing Championship in China. 
The event started on Tuesday in Shenyang, China, and will continue until Saturday, September 14th.
The Iranian team, claimed the gold medal with a time of 6:42:93, beating competitors from Kazakhstan, China, Vietnam, and North Korea.
In this race, the representatives from Vietnam and China took second and third place, respectively.
