Over 400,000 Iranians Suing U.S. Over Coup
TEHRAN – More than 400,000 Iranian citizens have filed a lawsuit against the U.S. government for plotting a coup against the Iranian administration back in 1953, the spokesperson for the Iranian Foreign Ministry said Monday.
Nasser Kan’ani said the Iranian people suffered moral and material damages for over 25 years because of the hostile action the U.S. and British governments took against the legal government of Iran.
