‘North Pole’, ‘Goma’ to Debut on VOD Screens

TEHRAN -- Two highly 
anticipated series are to make debut on VOD screens nationwide.
‘The North Pole’, directed by Amin Mahmoudi Yekta and produced by Akbar Tahvilian, is scheduled to premiere on April 26.
Inspired by the timeless classic ‘The Count of Monte Cristo’ by French author Alexandre Dumas, the series brings a fresh perspective to the novel.   
“Not achieving something can often prolong the longevity of many things,” reads as the tagline of the series.   
‘The North Pole’ features a stellar cast including Farzad Farzin, Anahita Dargahi, and Amir Hussein Fathi, alongside acclaimed artists Nazanin Bayati, Farzad Hassani, Abbas Jamshidifar, Shahram Qaedi, Negar Forouzandeh, Amir Dezhkam, and Farhad Ayeesh.
Adding to the excitement is the forthcoming series ‘Goma’, slated to join the ranks of the newest offerings on VOD platforms.
Set against the backdrop of the 90s and 00s Iran, ‘Goma’ delves into a series of criminal cases, offering a nuanced exploration of social issues.
Directed by Kazem Daneshi and produced by Seyyed Mostafa Ahmadi, the series promises to attract audiences with its thought-provoking theme.
Renowned actor Navid Muhammadzadeh leads the ensemble cast, portraying a character unlike any other in his career.
