Kung Fu Winners Dedicate THEIR CUP and Medals to Imam Reza Holy Shrine
TEHRAN (ABNA) - Supervisor of General Public Relations Office of Astan Quds Razavi described this admirable action as the sign of athletes’ deep connection to spirituality especially to Imam Reza (A.S.).
"Today we have to prove our legitimacy across the world and present the true face of Islam”, Seyed Ahmad Hashemabadi added.
"Sport is certainly one of these domains and fortunately all medal winners in all sport fields have done brilliantly trying to mix body building with spirituality”, he continued.
"It is a cause of honor that young Iranian athletes who take the Infallible Imams (A.S.) and the
Shi’ite leader, Imam Ali (A.S.), as an example, have found their ways to spirituality; this, certainly, can lead them to success in all aspects of their life”, he added.
Noting that if we follow Imam Reza (A.S.) as a strong spiritual leader in all areas of the life, then God will surely help us, he said, "We hope that wining occur to all the athletes and they shall go ahead honorably in all areas.”
Appreciating the champions who offer the outcome of their prolonged endeavor amorously to the presence of Imam Reza (A.S.), Supervisor of General Public Relations Office of Astan Quds Razavi asserted, "We hope these actions go with spirituality in different aspects of athletes’’ life and its blessing benefit them.”
It is reminded that head of Kung Fu Federation, Zahra Khalifi, Zahra Dehqan, Najmeh Qubadi, and Hussein Karami along with a number of Kung Fu pioneers were present in the ceremony and dedicated the medals and the cup of International Russia Competitions to Astan Quds Razavi.
