Fans cheered on both teams at the Majed Assad Hall in Ramallah as Single claimed the title in three sets. Omar Fuqaha, who’s powerful, serves and effective work at the net was a key factor in his team's success, was the top scorer. Other standout players in a well-organized team included Captain Ayman Odeh and Mohammad Asfour.
The Kufor Thulth team is young, with the average age of its players standing at just 19, and will hope to win the competition in the future. Twenty-five teams participated in this year's event. The Palestinian League is next up with ten teams set to participate.
