TEHRAN -- ‘A Selection of Poems Composed in Post-revolution Iran’ is the title of a book ‎which has been published in Serbia as the first bilingual Serbian-Persian book.‎
The book has been released by Ukronia Publishing with the support of Iran’s Cultural Attaché in Serbia and the translation center of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization in Tehran.
In the introduction of this book, the publisher states: “This book is the first anthology of contemporary Persian [post-revolution] poetry in Serbian language.
This edition, which is accompanied by Persian text of the poems introduces the works of about sixty poets, provides an insight into the contemporary currents of Persian poetry that began with the victory of the Islamic Revolution in 1979.”
