Netanyahu Cancels Speech Amid Protests
TEL AVIV (Dispatches) -- Benjamin Netanyahu canceled a planned speech here after reports that people planned to block roads and heckle him.
On Saturday, hundreds of thousands of protesters took to the streets across the occupied territories for the 16th consecutive week against the Zionist prime minister’s plans. The protests have continued even after Netanyahu announced a “pause” on March 27 to allow for talks on his plans.
