The Reason Behind US Hatred of the Iranian Nation

By: Kayhan Int’l Staff Writer

The US is spiteful of all politically-conscious, religiously-motivated, morally-upright, and independent-minded people throughout the world, especially in countries refusing to bow to Washington’s dictates.
This explains the intense hatred of the American policymakers towards the Iranian nation, particularly the youths for the past forty-four years, but to no avail.
The triumph of the Islamic Revolution in 1979 under the leadership of that Sage of the Age, Imam Khomeini (RA), was indeed a shattering blow for the US, which together with its comrade-in-crimes against humanity, Britain, lost its prime client in West Asia, the tyrannical Pahlavi potentate, whose father, an illiterate solider of obscure origin had been installed as king of Iran in 1925 to complete the master-servant relationship.
In 1953, the US coup toppled the short-lived nationalist government of Prime Minister Mohammad Mosaddeq and restored the fugitive Shah to the Peacock Throne. For the next quarter century Iran and the Iranian people had been turned into virtual slaves of Washington, which plundered the country’s rich natural resources and tried to destroy the national-religious culture of Iran, until the victory of the Islamic grassroots movement that ender American hegemony.
Ever since, Uncle Sam has been mad with rage at the Iranian people and has tried every imaginable trick to deceive and destroy them in a bid to bring them under the American yoke but with complete failure.
The Yankee plots against the Iranian nation are evident to the free world. These include freezing of billions of dollars of assets; poisonous propaganda tirade through the media; coup attempts; sanctions upon sanctions; an invasion that miraculously failed in the desert sands of Tabas; the imposition of the 8-year war through Saddam of the repressive Ba’th minority regime of Baghdad; the killing of at least 17,000 citizens including a president, prime minister, judiciary chief, cabinet members, parliamentarians, and other officials by the MKO hypocrites; the continued economic terrorism to try to deprive the Islamic Republic of progress, and the recent abortive riots in a few places through thugs, terrorists, traitors, blasphemers, and characterless women.
How did the Islamic Republic succeed in defeating these intricate plots and turning the American hatred for the Iranian nation into a blessing-in-disguise in order to emerge as the paramount regional power with deep political and cultural influence in the neigbourhood and beyond, coupled with diplomatic and military victories over US clients, including the macabrely murderous takfiris who failed to destabilize Syria, Iraq, Lebanon, and Yemen?
What makes the CENTCOM terrorists jittery about their unwanted presence in West Asia, and the racist/terrorist entity called Israel terrified of the eventual end of its illegitimate existence?
The answers to these questions are obvious for any observer with insight. It is the grace of God Almighty which has helped Iran over the past forty-four years by instilling the Iranian people with patience, piety, prudence, and patriotism, in particular generations of youths, who since the beginning of the revolution till the recent riots have risen to the occasion through display of their exuberance and skills, together with the spirit of martyrdom, to make the nation triumphant.
This is fully evident in Iran’s mastering of the nuclear fuel cycle, its venture into outer space, its manufacturing of state-of-the-art means of defence, its domination of cyber technology, its achievements in medicine (including stem cells), and various spheres of heavy industries.
It is the saga of the spectacular success of the ‘hated’ multimillion Iranian masses, including hijab-clad ladies, defending the honour of men, the dignity of women, the rights of children, and the freedom of the nation, versus the self-defeatist support of US officials for a handful of traitors, terrorists, thugs, blasphemers and women of loose morals.
No wonder, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, in his speech to a large group of enthusiastic Iranian students assembled for Iftar (fast-breaking) on Tuesday in Tehran, rightly remarked:
“The Zionist lobby that dominates the US and Europe intensely hates Iranian officials and will tear them apart if it gets hold of them, but it hates the Iranian youth even more, because the officials cannot do anything without the youth and their motivation.”
