Iran, China Determined to Defeat US Meddling

Iran and China were centres of science and civilization when the Americas over a millennium away were from discovery and the primitive cultures of the Aztecs and Incas were not yet born.
When the Europeans sailed west in search of a circuitous route to India and instead landed in a vast sparsely populated New World, Iran and China were ruled by powerful empires whose wealth and technological skills dazzled Christendom.
The industrial revolution in Europe – result of borrowings from the Muslim world – temporarily halted the progress of Iran and China and made the two countries victims of exploitation by the crafty colonial powers, including an evil empire called the United States of America (USA), but soon grassroots movements occurred to restore to the Chinese and Iranian people their lost pride.
The Communist Revolution and the Islamic Revolution may not be compared to each other, since the two are diametrically opposite in ideology and the process of change they brought to their respective societies. If the former was violent and autocratic, the latter is peaceful and popular. The result, however, witnessed the birth of powerfully independent states achieving astounding progress in science and technology and capable of thwarting the sinister designs of the US.
Today both the Islamic Republic of Iran and the People’s Republic of China, because of their power and prestige are the targets of terrorism of the US, which is dead scared of the loss of its hegemony and illegal exploitation of global economy and international politics.
Hence, the Iranian president’s historic visit to China, the warm welcome given by his Chinese counterpart with decisive words of cooperation, and the twenty important agreements so far signed between Tehran and Beijing, have led to a spurt of poisonous propaganda from the Zionist-controlled western media, especially that of the US.
Washington, however, cannot do a damn thing – either against Iran or China; whether in the Persian Gulf and West Asia, or whether in the Strait of Taiwan and East Asia.
President Hojjat al-Islam Seyyed Ibrahim Raisi was told by President Xi Jinping “China supports Iran in safeguarding its sovereignty, independence, territorial integrity and national dignity... and in resisting unilateralism and hegemony.
He added, “No matter how the international and regional situation changes, China will unswervingly develop friendly cooperation with Iran.”
Raisi for his part expressed support Xi’s frim policy against US meddling in China’s affairs and said: “The delusional US and its European allies made a miscalculation by deciding to interfere in Iran’s domestic affairs.”
This is indeed a firm indication of the determination of the two countries to defeat the dirty politics of the US and other meddling powers.
