According to reports, Andrew Luger, the US attorney for Minnesota, said Thursday that Hamza Naj Ahmed, 19, was indicted on charges of joining the ISIL – the self-styled Islamic State of Iraq and Levant.
 He said dozens of people from the US have traveled or attempted to travel overseas in support of terror since 2007.
 Ahmed along with three other men arrived at New York City’s John F Kennedy International Airport (JFK) on November 18 from Minneapolis to fly to Turkey, the indictment and documents show.
 He managed to board the plane while the other three were prevented from boarding the flights. However, before the plane took off, Ahmed was arrested by the US Customs and Border Protection agents.
 In January, another American teenager was indicted by a federal grand jury for trying to travel to Syria to join the ISIL terrorist group.
 Mohammed Hamza Khan, 19, from Chicago was formally charged on January 8 with trying to provide material to the ISIL terrorists, the US Justice Department said in a statement.
 The US, along with the Zionist entity, reactionary Arab states and Turkey, had recruited thousands of hoodlums from other countries to band together as ISIL in order to destabilize the Middle East, but it now seems, US citizens are also being attracted to this terrorist outfit, embarrassing American authorities, who have begun to fear the backlash from homecoming terrorists.
 The ISIL terrorists were trained by the CIA in Jordan in 2012 to try to overthrow government of Syria – a task in which they failed, thanks to the resistance of popular forces. The ISIL terrorists also failed in their US-backed mission to take Baghdad because of the mass mobilization of Iraqis on the instructions of Grand Ayatollah Sistani.
 The US is now trying to pretend that it is against the ISIL and similar groups, and is carrying out mock bombing sorties by its air force, which according to eyewitness accounts, are actually dropping army and supplies to the terrorists.
