Iran, the Torchbearer of Feminine Virtues

No other creed or culture has given such lofty respect to women as Islam, and among Muslim no other school of jurisprudence have so rationally defined the rights of the womankind than the one bequeathed by the Ahl al-Bayt or Blessed Household of Prophet Muhammad (SAWA).\
In the modern world, no other country has enshrined feminine virtues in its constitution as the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Those in doubt or misled by the poisonous propaganda of the Godless West that promotes depravity by projecting characterless women as ‘liberated’ and ‘fighting for freedom’, should remove their stained glasses to have a clear and transparent view of the vital role Hijab or modest dress in public, plays for the daughters of Even in the spectacular progress of Iran.
The victory of the Islamic Revolution in 1979 placed women back on the pedestal of dignity and honour. Over the past 44 years, Iranian women have made their presence felt in all spheres of life to the extent that the millions of virtuous girls and ladies who throng rallies are considered the backbone of the Islamic Republic.
From science and technology to sports and athletics, and from universities and Islamic seminaries to the world of industry and politics, Iranian women firmly adhering to the dynamic shari’ah of Islam have defeated every plot of the enemies to tarnish the image of Iran.
Indeed, so firmly is the feminine gender in Iran dedicated to the paragons par excellence of the womanly world, such as the Prophet’s Infallible Daughter, Hazrat Fatema Zahra (SA) – the Noblest ever Lady – and his Immaculate granddaughter, Hazrat Zainab the Heroine of Karbala, that the few morally loose women hired by the West fail to violate the virtues of womanhood.
Here, we are not concerned with the recent riots that saw some hirelings of the satanic West indulge in the acts of terrorism and treason that included the burning of headscarves, or the wrath of God reserved for the unrepentant sinners.
What we indent is to focus on the role played worldwide by virtuous women in the building of sound and healthy societies in their home countries, as was the message of the conference held in Tehran, titled “Women of Influence”.
Women scientists, cultural figures and high-ranking political figures from 28 countries across the globe gathered in the Iranian capital to celebrate the efforts and achievements of women worldwide in this conference.
They pointed out that it is virtue, morals, ethics, and spirituality, with a firm belief in the Almighty Creator that is in the interests of women, whether in worldly life or in the Hereafter.
In short, whatever progressive women have achieved is the result of God-consciousness and control over their selves, and certainly not stooping to the low level of carnal and commercial objects as the depraved culture of the West desires.
