‘It’s a Gray, Gray World!’ Competes at AmDocs Festival
TEHRAN (IFILM) -- Iranian short animation ‘It’s a Gray, Gray World!’ has been lined up in the official competition section of the 2023 American Documentary and Animation Film Festival and Film Fund (AmDocs) in the U.S.
Seyyed Mohsen Pour-Mohseni Shakib’s toon will be competing at the 12th edition of the American screening event.

The animation is the recipient of an honorary diploma as well as the best animated short film award at the 2022 I - CAN - International Cartoon and Animation Festival of Norway.
The 20th Fantoche International Animation Film Festival in Switzerland, the 35th Atlanta Film Festival Out On Film in the U.S., the 27th Cine Mad Film Festival in Spain, and the 13th Baku International Film Festival previously screened the animated flick.
Pour-Mohseni Shakib is a prolific young filmmaker, who has already made a number of important works, such as ‘The Boot’, which has participated in famed global events, including the 49th Student Academy Awards in the U.S.
The AmDocs is a forum to celebrate and promote documentary film, and the independent filmmakers around the world who bring knowledge and awareness through their stories about real people and issues.
The upcoming AmDocs is slated for March 03 - April 30, 2023, in Palm Springs, California.
