Two broad definitions of a scarecrow are: (1) an object usually suggesting a human figure that is set up to frighten birds away, or (2) something frightening but harmless.

It is thus clear that scarecrows do not pop up by themselves anywhere and are nothing but the crude creation of others, sometime fitted with explosive devices to function as instruments of destruction for terrorizing the innocent by those who pull the strings from behind in pursuit of ulterior motives.

Anyway, scarecrows are mere puppets wholly incapable of disturbing firmly grounded equations, even if their roughneck creators were to put them on a stage, line up beside them, and shriek loudmouthed threats on the assumption of browbeating the indomitable into submission.

This is what happened recently in the US following the failure of the riots the Americans tried to trigger in some places in Iran through thugs, terrorists, traitors, hypocrites, and a handful of women of loose morals – most of whom indulged in arson, loot, murder, blasphemy, and sacrilege at a holy shrine.

In their confusion, the defeated puppeteers last Saturday hastily put up on stage in Washington the crudest of scarecrows, including ringleaders of the MKO terroristic hypocrites – “the most hated group inside Iran” in the words of anti-Iranian US journalist, Michael Rubin – and introduced them as “opposition figures striving to overthrow the Islamic Republic”.

Was it a clumsy joke or self-confession of crimes against the Iranian people by the US regime in whose calculations while it is impossible to change the system of Iranian government, scarecrows fitted with firearms might frighten the Islamic Republic into accepting on US terms the badly breached and highly JCPOA!

Interestingly, amongst those on stage along the puppets glorifying the riots in Iran was the bloodthirsty ruffian, former US Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo (one of the assassins of Iran’s legendry anti-terrorist general, Soleimani Qassemi), who while in office had utterly failed to deprive the Islamic Republic of its inalienable nuclear right to enrich uranium to 60 percent-plus purity.

It is obvious the enemies of the Iranian nation are hare-brained. They are a bunch of dastardly terrorists, notorious for their creation of the macabrely murderous Daesh takfiris – used last October in Shiraz to sacrilege the holy shrine of Shah-e Cheragh and slaughter pilgrims in cold blood.

In the words of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, the US regime, which is the mastermind of the sacrilege in Shiraz, is a “treacherous criminal”.

He said the shrine was neither a political place nor a battlefield, and by attacking pilgrims coming from various places for seeking proximity to God Almighty, “the US totally disgraced itself”.

Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei calling it a “tragic, yet glorious tragedy” said: “It will remain permanently in history”, since “it is not an incident that will be forgotten anytime soon in Iran’s history.”

Martyrs are immortal since they die for the sake of safeguarding Islam and its dynamic rules in society, while those killed for violating the commandments of God that include desecration of holy sites, murder of pious persons, attempts to overthrow Islamic rule, and spreading of all other vices in society such as dispensing with the Hijab for women, are criminals. 

Thus, scarecrows do not frighten Iran and the Iranian Muslim masses, even if these US puppets throw lavish conferences every year in Paris, attended by American, European, and Saudi officials as guests of honour, such as Pompeo, John Bolton, Rudy Giuliani, and Prince Turki al-Faisal.
