Hamas Reveals Zionist Plot Against Al-Aqsa to 50 Embassies

WEST BANK (Dispatches) – The Palestinian resistance movement Hamas has briefed fifty embassies and foreign institutions in the occupied Palestinian territories about the “Zionist plans” for Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Hamas sent a letter containing details of the meeting between senior Zionist police officers and settler leaders involved in raids of Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied Al-Quds. The meeting was apparently held in the presence of Ayala Ben-Gvir, the wife of far-right MK Itamar Ben Gvir, who is to become Minister of National Security.
“The settler leaders called during the meeting for an increase in the number and duration of raids at Al-Aqsa Mosque,” the movement told the embassies in the letter also circulated to the media. It added that the illegal settlers want more gates leading into the mosque compound to be opened for them, and reduced police supervision. The demands of the settlers, said Hamas, were met to such an extent as to “secure the settlers’ movement, safety and security.”
The Palestinian resistance movement pointed out that, “These dangerous plans and policies will inflame the situation inside and outside the occupied Palestinian territories.”
Hamas reiterated that Al-Aqsa Mosque is not like any other mosque; it is the third holiest place for more than 1.6 billion Muslims around the world, and its protection is part of their religious beliefs.

Dozens Wounded, Arrested

Zionist troops arrested several Palestinians in dawn raids in the occupied West Bank on Tuesday.
Medical teams reported at least 15 Palestinians were wounded, mainly by rubber bullets.
Confrontations between Zionist troops and Palestinians also erupted in different areas of the West Bank.
Local news agencies reported that Palestinian fighters opened fire on Zionist troops near a cluster of illegal settlements between Gush Etzion and Al-Khalil, with no reported casualties.
Shootings near Ofra, a settlement on the main road between Al-Quds and Nablus, were also reported, again without any injuries.
The Palestinian Prisoner’s Club, an NGO supporting detainees, reported that homes in Nablus and Bethlehem were raided and at least two people were arrested.
In the northern city of Jenin, Zionist troops stormed the homes of several previously released Palestinian prisoners.
Zionist troops also broke into a primary school in the central part of the occupied West Bank, searching for the video footage recorded by surveillance cameras installed at the educational facility.
Local sources told the official Palestinian news agency Wafa that the troops barged their way into the school in the village of Yabrud, located approximately 13 kilometers northeast of Ramallah, calling on officials to provide them with the recorded video.
The school officials, however, refused to let the troops view the footage.
Back on November 23, Israeli military forces raided the Masafer Yatta region of the southern occupied West Bank, and demolished recently-built Asafat primary school in the village of Asafat al-Fawqa.
Footage taken by Israeli activist Itai Feitelson before the demolition showed teachers helping young Palestinian students out of a classroom window, while Zionist troops were standing outside.
Dozens of Zionist troops then cordoned off the area around the school, and a bulldozer flattened it shortly afterwards.
Palestinian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Riyad al-Maliki has handed over to the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) a file on the occupying regime’s crimes committed against Palestinian people.
During a meeting in The Hague with Karim Khan, Maliki stressed that the state of Palestine continues to cooperate with the ICC and the staff of the prosecutor’s office to submit all documented information that proves that the regime’s military and civilian officials have committed serious and continuous crimes against the Palestinian people. He stressed that all of these crimes fall within the jurisdiction of the ICC.
