Concurrent with the FIFA World Cup in Qatar, the Exhibition of the International ‎Cartoon: World Cup Contest 2022 will opened on Sunday in Tehran.‎ ‎ ‎
The galleries of the Art Bureau of the Islamic Ideology Dissemination Organization is hosting the event displaying a selection of works among 1736 works by 579 artists from 72 countries as well as 600 cartoons produced by Iranian artists.
The idea of holding this exhibition was set forth in the spring and a call for the contest was issued in the summer.
Those interested to visit the Exhibition of Int’l Cartoon: World Cup Contest 2022 may refer to the galleries of the Art Bureau of the Islamic Ideology Dissemination Organization from Monday November 21 to Monday, December 5. The visiting hours will be at 9 AM to 6 PM. ‎
