TEHRAN– Head of the
Department of Bordering Countries of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Afyan said on Sunday that Iran and Armenia will start a joint cinema project.
Afyan said that the project will be a documentary about churches and religion IRNA reported.
It will be filmed in Iran and Armenia, he stated.
He also hailed the bilateral relations between Iran and Armenia, especially in the tourism and cultural fields.
He went on to say that 200,000 Iranian tourists visit Armenia per year.
