Kanoon Shows Animations, Plays for Book Week‎

TEHRAN (IBNA) -- Concurrent with the 30th Book Week in Iran, the Institute for Intellectual ‎Development of Children and Young Adults (IIDCYA or Kanoon) will show 6 animation ‎films and plays based on books published by the institute. ‎
As a part of the Institute for Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults plans for the 30th Book Week, 3 animations will be streamed.
The animations are: ‘The Farmer and the Cock’ directed by Parvin Tajvid based on an eponymous book by Manouchehr Karimzadeh; ‘Night Song’ directed by Mo’ein Samadi based on the book ‘The Most Beautiful Song’ by Shokufeh Taghi and ‘There Was the Moon and a Fox’ directed by Babak Nazari adapted from an eponymous book by Anahita Teimurian.
The book-Theater section also features 3 works to be streamed: ‘The Old Man and the Tiger’ by Hassan Dadshekar adapted from a book by Ali Khakbazan; ‘God’s Cookies’ by Arash Sharifzadeh based on an eponymous book by the French-Iranian author and illustrator Claire Jobert ‘Goodbye, Old Raccoon’ directed by Fahimeh Mirza-Hosseini based on another adaptation from a book by Claire Jobert.
