TEHRAN – Iran’s para-shooter Zahra Gholamzadeh has secured her berth for the 2024 Summer Paralympics in Paris.
Gholamzadeh at the Al Ain 2022 World Championships, UAE, made a good record in the R9 - 50m Rifle Prone and qualified for the preliminary stage.
Prior to this, Nasrin Shahi of Iran had secured berth for the 2024 Paralympic Games in Paris.
Earlier, Iranian shooter Muhammadreza Mirshafiei had secured his berth for the 2024 Paralympic Games in Paris, He finished fourth in the P4 - Mixed 50m Pistol SH1 at the Al Ain 2022 World Championships on Monday and booked his place in the Paralympics.
The 2024 Summer Paralympics will be held in Paris, France, from 28 August to 8 September 2024.
