Envoy Meets Iraq’s New President
BAGHDAD (Dispatches) – Iran’s Ambassador to Baghdad Muhammad-Kazem Al-e Sadeq met Iraq’s newly-elected President Abdul Latif Rashid on Sunday to congratulate him and reiterate Tehran’s support for the Arab country and strengthening its security and stability.
The two sides discussed bilateral relations and stressed the importance of strengthening joint cooperation and coordination between the two neighboring countries, Iraqi news outlet Middle East News reported.
