Yesterday, Muslims all over the world, including in non-Muslim countries such as India, held massive gatherings and rallies to mark the birth anniversary of the Prophet of Islam – as per the 12th of Rabi al-Awwal narration in Sunni books of hadith – except for Saudi Arabia, whose ruling Wahhabi minority cult frowns upon all things associated with the Messenger of Mercy.

As a result, to the delight of the sworn enemies of Islam (the US and Israel) there were no festivities in Medinat an-Nabi (Prophet’s City) in Hijaz where Prophet Muhammad (SAWA) reposes in peace, as well as in Mecca where stands the Symbolic House of the Unseen but Omnipotent Creator, the holy Ka’ba – the focal point of the daily ritual prayers for Muslims all over the world.

In Yemen, hundreds of thousands of people gathered in the capital Sana’a and other cities and towns to renew their allegiance to the Almighty’s Last and Greatest Prophet, while applauding the speech of Ansarullah Chief, Seyyed Abdul-Malik Badreddin al-Houthi, who reiterated that it is treason to establish any kind of ties with the illegitimate Zionist entity.

In the Islamic Republic of Iran, where unlike Saudi Arabia, religious minorities enjoy full freedom and which holds Islamic Unity Week from Rabi al-Awwal 12 to 17 (the date of the Prophet’s birthday as mentioned by his progeny, the Ahl al-Bayt), thousands of Iranian Sunni Muslims (Kurds, Baloch and Turkmen) celebrated the day in their traditional manner, while congratulatory messages poured in from the country’s officials to emphasize national solidarity.

At these gatherings, Iran’s Kurds and Balochis strongly denounced the recent crimes against the nation and against humanity of terrorist groups on the US-Zionist payroll, such as Komalah and Jaysh-al-Adl, branding them “irreligious outfits” far removed from the Prophet’s path and plotting to sell the country to the Americans.

Over the past three weeks, traitors and terrorists have tried to disturb peace and order in some cities on the orders of the US through riots, murders, looting, and acts of blasphemy that include anti-Islamic slogans, attacks on mosques, and burning of copies of the holy Qur’an.

These anti-social elements have misused the freedom in the Islamic Republic of Iran to indulge in open sacrilege against Islamic sanctities, including the burning of headscarves by some morally-loose women who are indeed an ugly blot in any Muslim society – whether Shi’a or Sunni.

The US, by openly supporting these impious and immoral persons has removed all pretensions to diplomacy on the assumption that its agents, whose acts border on apostasy, would remove Iran from the path of the Prophet of peace and his Infallible Ahl al-Bayt.

Washington is again completely wrong and will suffer another devastating defeat.

The Iranian Islamic nation, whatever the ethnicity or jurisprudential school, firmly adheres to the shari’ah of Prophet Muhammad (SAWA) which grants dignity and the freedom of hijab to women, and rules out all vices from the society such as wine-drinking, eating of unclean and haraam food, usury, fratricide, sedition and indecent dressing in public.

So, beware of the wrath of the scores of millions who have offered martyrs to the triumph of the revolution, to victory in the 8-year imposed war, and for the defence of the shrines in Syria, and Iraq, and will certainly make innocent blood triumph over current sedition of the US and its minions.

The Ummah of Prophet Muhammad (SAWA) in Iran will never allow the country to veer from the dynamic path of Islam, which has transformed the Islamic Republic into a paramount power, both spiritually and materialistically.
