Zionist terrorism is on the rise in the long occupied West Bank of River Jordan and this new round of atrocities instead of cowing down the oppressed Palestinian people has increased their spirit of resis- tance against usurper Israel.

Reports indicate that the youth have lately taken to firearms, to re- place decades of stone-throwing, in order to defend their homes and hearths, resulting in savage attacks from the Israelis whose bullets have left several Palestinians dead.

This is in turn has kindled the spirit of martyrdom and glorification of those who sacrificed their life – an atmosphere, which unlike Gaza was hitherto absent in the West Bank.

The new generation, tired of the dubious nature of Fatah and Mah- moud Abbas who likes to call himself president of the so-called Pales- tinian National Authority without any mandate from the West Bank population, draw their inspiration from Hamas, Islamic Jihad, and other revolutionary groups.

They thus refuse any more of the deceitful dialogue with the occupi- ers of their homeland that has only led to further loss of territory and dignity, as Zionists from abroad continue to descend upon Palestine to be housed in the illegal townships being built all over the West Bank.

This is evident by the spread of the armed clashes, which are no longer limited to Nablus and the Jenin refugee camp, where last May the prominent Palestinian-American Christian journalist Shirin Abu Aqeleh was murdered in cold blood by the Israeli army, while she was covering the violence triggered by the Zionists.

Tubas, Ramallah, al-Khalil, and several other towns and cities are now the focus of growing confrontation with the Zionists, who have resorted to the cowardly habit of bulldozing houses and abducting even under-aged children, in a bid to quell the spirit of resistance.

The people, however, have shown their newfound courage of con- frontation and by courting martyrdom, and are all prepared to step up their struggle.

Weapons, generally rifles and pistols, are smuggled despite the tight security cordon of the Israelis and the slavishly nature of the Jor- danian forces on the East Bank to prevent the flow of anything that might anger the Zionist entity, but what the West Bankers need is the supply of sophisticated armaments to properly confront the heavily armed enemies.

They should also be taught through cyberspace how to build ba- zookas and RPGs and to assemble missiles to target the occupiers of their homeland.

Once they have mastered these techniques the real struggle will be- gin for the cherished goal of the liberation of Bayt al-Moqaddas and all of Palestine, with the support of not just Hamas and Islamic Jihad in Gaza, but assistance from the rest of the Resistance Front that is waiting for the right opportunity to weed out once and for all the

cancerous tumour called Israel.
