TEHRAN – A delegation of Iranian lawmakers has traveled to Tajikistan in the pursuit of plans for closer parliamentary cooperation between the two countries.
Four Iranian lawmakers representing the Iran-Tajikistan parliamentary friendship group have traveled to Dushanbe at the invitation of the chairman of Tajikistan’s National Assembly. The Iranian MPs are going to hold meetings with the Tajik parliamentary and government officials and the Iranian nationals residing in the Central Asian nation.
