TEHRAN– Freestyle 80kg wrestler Reza Soleimanian of the national Iranian U17 wrestling team has become finalist of the 2022 Italy World Freestyle Championship.
The first five weights of the U17 freestyle matches were held in Italy on Friday.
At the end of the preliminary round, Iran’s Reza Soleimanian in 80kg weight beat all his competitors to reach the final.
Muhammad Reza Lotfi in 110 kg weight reached the semi-final, and Arsha Haddadi and Muhamad Mehdi Mimvand in 48 and 65kg weights, respectively lost their matches.
